Do you snooze the morning alarm to get that 20mins extra sleep, but did you know that 20 minutes of sleep in the afternoon provides more rest than 20 minutes more sleep in the morning!

  • Power naps are linked to all sorts of benefits such as – increased vigilance, alertness, reaction times and strong logical reasoning

  • Napping for too long could upset a person's circadian rhythms, which can lead to increased tiredness

  • Effect of a good sleep is felt the next day, sleep is cumulative. Missing out on adequate sleep for days together can lead to “Sleep Deficit”, which impairs the following
